Troy Bass is an Assistant Project Manager with STR Constructors, LLC.
As an “APM”, Troy brings a diverse set of skills with backgrounds in various industries to the STR Team. Troy has worked and excelled in multiple roles in the technology and semiconductor industries through the past decade. Troy transitioned into the construction side of those industries first as a trade contractor and now as a general contractor with STR.
After completing his studies in environmental sciences with B.S. and M.S. degrees, Troy began applying that knowledge to the construction industries. He has work on projects including soil and moisture testing with NASA and Duke University, map making with Apple, as well as research into hydrofracking with Haliburton. In the spring of 2022, Troy made the decision to bring skills and experiences to bear at STR Constructors, LLC.
Troy enjoys golf and spending time with his daughter when not at work.
As an Assistant Project Manager, Troy is able to leverage his knowledge, experiences and personal emphasis on teamwork and cooperation into being an integral part of any project.
