Gilbert Bolding is the President of STR Constructors, LLC.
As company President and a Principal, Gilbert leads the STR team with years of experience in the industry ensuring that each project is completed to exacting specifications.
For the past 45 years Gilbert has been involved in the construction of many different types of projects for numerous organizations both public and private. He’s worked with school districts, city governments, county governments, federal and state government entities, churches, and private land developers. His projects have included city and state parks, pools and recreational facilities, athletic facilities, renovations and additions of all types, tenant finish outs and ground-up, new construction of many different types of facilities both public and private. Gilbert’s experiences in construction techniques range from structural steel and concrete, tilt-wall, metal building to wood framing and even adobe.
Gilbert graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Building Construction and began his career in Houston, Texas. He worked his way up through the ranks for large, industry-leading general contracting firms from an entry-level field engineer to a corporate Vice President. Gilbert took a position with STR Constructors in the mid-1990’s as a Senior Project Manager before purchasing the company, along with John Robinson, in 2019.
